I'm Zak — founder of Trades AI Solutions and director of AI Solutions Group Ltd.
I've spent years working with automation, AI voice systems, and CRM infrastructure. But the reason I started this business is simpler than that — I kept seeing trades businesses lose valuable work from missed calls, unanswered WhatsApp messages, and enquiries that were never followed up properly.
